By using AKARONA.NET you agree to the following terms. Please read them before publishing a listing.

Scope of service

The platform operates inside the United Arab Emirates only, covering the seven emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Properties outside the country are not accepted.

Publishing conditions

  • You must be the property owner or a broker authorised by the owner.
  • All details must be accurate, truthful and not misleading.
  • Images must be genuine photographs of the property and you must hold the rights to them.
  • Duplicate, fake or fraudulent listings are prohibited.
  • Content that breaks the law or public decency is prohibited.

Review and publication

No listing is published before our team approves it. We reserve the right to approve, reject with a stated reason, or return a listing for edits.

Advertiser responsibility

The advertiser is fully responsible for the accuracy of their listing and for any dealings that follow from it. The platform is a listing venue only: it does not take part in negotiation, sale or rent, and does not guarantee that any transaction completes.

Prices and currencies

The default currency is the UAE dirham (AED). When you choose to view prices in US dollars (USD), the converted figure is an estimate and may differ from the amount actually transacted.

Commercial advertising

The platform may show company ads or paid banners, labelled “Ad” or “Featured”. These ads never control the site's content and never block its buttons.

Misuse

We reserve the right to remove any listing or suspend any account that breaks these terms, keeping a record of the action taken.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; an update takes effect from the date it is published on this page.
